Use Zonk responsibly

Zonk helps you create alarms, wake-up verification tasks, and app blocking windows. You are responsible for setting alarms that fit your schedule and for keeping backup alarms when missing an alarm could cause harm.

No emergency use

Zonk is not intended for medical, safety-critical, emergency, or life-support use.

Subscriptions and billing

Zonk Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The plan, price, and any free-trial length are shown at checkout before you confirm.

App Store purchases are billed by Apple. For eligible U.S. users who subscribe through the web, payment is processed by Stripe. RevenueCat is used to verify and unify entitlement across both paths.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. If a purchase includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancel an App Store subscription in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel a web subscription from the management link provided at checkout or by contacting oliver@deep24.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

App Store refunds are handled by Apple and web purchase refunds by Stripe. Zonk does not control Apple, Stripe, or RevenueCat billing records and cannot guarantee refunds outside each provider's rules. Premium access can end if a purchase is canceled, refunded, expires, or cannot be verified.

AI verification

AI verification can be wrong. Lighting, camera quality, network failures, and ambiguous tasks can cause false results. If verification fails, follow the in-app retry or fallback options.

App blocking

App blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time frameworks, device settings, and permissions. Keep backup plans for important obligations and use the emergency unlock only when you genuinely need access.
